Network Solutions FAQs
What should I know about Network Solutions' refund practices when using discount codes?
Network Solutions faced FTC enforcement for deceptive refund policies that charged undisclosed processing fees up to 30% of your purchase amount. Today, they provide refunds for services cancelled within 30 days, though domain purchases are typically non-refundable and phone sales customers only get 10 days to cancel.
Is it possible to stack multiple Network Solutions discount codes together?
Network Solutions prohibits combining promotional codes with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise. Many discounts automatically activate at checkout without needing codes, and these may occasionally work alongside existing sales promotions.
Are free SSL certificates included with Network Solutions promotional hosting?
Free SSL certificates only come with Premium hosting plans at Network Solutions, unlike most competitors who include SSL across all tiers. Business and Professional WordPress plans do include SSL certificates, but other plans require separate SSL purchases starting at $50 per year.
How does Network Solutions handle free domain offers with promotional hosting?
Website builder subscribers get 1-year free domains when purchasing annual hosting packages, covering extensions like .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz. Free domains are limited to annual cloud packages, and transferring domains out before renewal triggers a $20 per domain fee.
What are the steepest discounts available through Network Solutions campaigns?
Active promotional codes deliver up to 59% savings on domain registrations and 75% off hosting solutions during special events. E-commerce hosting drops from $54.95 monthly to $9.95 in the first year, creating substantial value for new subscribers.
Do Network Solutions offer special promotional codes for business email services?
Network Solutions provides 25% savings on email and internet hosting, plus professional email starting at $1.75 monthly with promotional rates. Security services like SiteLock deliver 45% savings when purchased as single packages instead of monthly subscriptions at $6.99 or $29.99.
Are website builder and e-commerce tools included in promotional packages?
Promotional codes deliver up to 50% savings on website builder packages, plus 25% discounts when hiring Network Solutions professionals for custom website design. Website builders range from basic $4.95 monthly plans to comprehensive $19.95 monthly marketplace solutions.
How long do Network Solutions promotional codes remain active, and do they work for renewals?
Promotional codes target new customers exclusively and typically don't work for service renewals or existing accounts. Domain deals like $2.99 pricing for .online, .site, and .website domains only apply to initial purchases and jump to standard $29.99-$49.99 rates at renewal.
